Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to your use of augmentedwork.ai and the Augmented Work membership, courses, events and community (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure, and for activity under your account.

2. Membership and payment

• Membership is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout (currently CAD $97 per month, plus applicable taxes).
• Membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

3. Educational content

The Service provides general education and community discussion. It is not legal, financial, HR, security or other professional advice. Membership does not make you a certified or qualified AI Lead. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn, including getting the right approvals before using AI on company or client work.

4. Community rules

• Be respectful. No harassment, discrimination or abuse.
• Do not post confidential company, client, employee or customer information.
• Do not post spam, unsolicited promotion or unlawful content.
• Do not share your account or redistribute members-only content.

We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and share it within the Service so the community can function.

6. Our content

Courses, templates, videos, images and other materials are owned by Augmented Work or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning and work. You may not resell, republish or distribute them without written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party platforms such as Circle and Substack, and may link to other sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee any particular result, job outcome or business outcome from using it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Augmented Work is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Ending the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where possible.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
