Four weeks to start leading AI implementation
Build the skills to move from spotting an opportunity to building, testing and maintaining an AI-assisted workflow. Apply what you learn inside your company or with clients.
- · 12:00 PM ESTWeek 1
Define your role and set the ground rules
Understand what an AI Lead does, where your responsibilities begin and end, and how to get leadership and employees involved. Learn to develop practical AI policies covering appropriate uses, company information, human review and who approves what.
What you’ll buildA clear role brief and a first AI policy draft for review by the appropriate decision-makers.
- · 12:00 PM ESTWeek 2
Make the work visible
Learn to uncover how work actually gets done. Organize tasks, information, responsibilities and handoffs into a clear workflow map. Identify bottlenecks, establish how the work performs today and decide where AI could make a worthwhile difference.
What you’ll buildA workflow map and a shortlist of opportunities, prioritized by business value, effort and risk.
- · 12:00 PM ESTWeek 3
Build your first AI-assisted workflow
Turn a selected opportunity into a working prototype. Organize the information and instructions it needs, choose suitable tools and define what AI handles and what people check. Test with sample or approved information and prepare a small pilot with clear success criteria and required approvals.
What you’ll buildA workflow prototype, a test checklist and a practical pilot plan.
- · 12:00 PM ESTWeek 4
Maintain, measure and improve
Learn how to keep the workflow useful after the initial build. Monitor quality, time saved and costs. Support the people using it, troubleshoot problems and retest when tools or business needs change. Establish who maintains it, when to pause it and how to recommend what happens next.
What you’ll buildA maintenance routine, a results scorecard and a 90-day plan for continued improvement.
